Allyson Molina

Healing happens when we create a safe space to explore the past, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections.

Welcome, I’m Allyson.

With a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. My work is rooted in empathy, trust, and evidence-based approaches, with specialized experience supporting veterans, uniformed service personnel, and their loved ones. It is my privilege to walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful change and deeper connection in your life.

My background & approach

As your therapist, my goal is to provide a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. Whether you’re seeking relief from traumatic experiences, struggling with anxiety or depression, or looking to reconnect with yourself and the relationships you hold dear, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will work toward achieving the personal and relational goals that matter most to you.

I specialize in working with veterans, active-duty military, uniformed service personnel, and their families. My approach is rooted in empathy and trust, recognizing the profound importance of attachment and connection in navigating life’s challenges. These bonds, whether in early life or through professional and personal relationships, often shape how we engage with ourselves and others, and they play a central role in our work together.

I am trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). This allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, providing evidence-based tools to address stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and more.

I hold a deep respect for the experiences that shape who you are, and I believe that understanding both what happened to you and what may have been missing in terms of early attachment is crucial for healing. Whether you are a veteran, a uniformed professional, or a civilian, I am honored to support you on your journey toward greater connection, resilience, and well-being.
