Emma Clay

Together, we work to uncover the core beliefs shaping your experiences, helping you build a stronger foundation for emotional well-being and personal growth

Welcome, I’m Emma.

With a passion for supporting adolescents and adults, I am committed to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and create meaningful change. Through a thoughtful and personalized approach, I aim to empower clients to uncover their strengths, reframe limiting beliefs, and achieve their goals with confidence.

My background & approach

Are you feeling stuck or weighed down by mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma? These struggles can make it feel like you’re lost in dark woods with no clear way out. Sometimes, all it takes is someone to shine a light and help guide the way forward.

With over six years of experience, I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate the effects of mental health challenges and past traumas. My approach is rooted in the power of mindset, as I work with clients to uncover and reframe core beliefs that perpetuate emotional struggles. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and family systems techniques, I partner with you to develop strategies for growth and healing.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel empowered to address the obstacles holding you back and move toward a life of clarity, balance, and fulfillment. Together, we can uncover the tools to help you achieve your goals and find your way out of the woods.
