Supervisee in social work

Dana Haynes

True progress happens when we create space to understand ourselves and embrace the possibility of growth.

Hi, I’m Dana.

With a compassionate and strengths-focused approach, I am committed to helping individuals overcome challenges and create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s complexities with confidence.

My background & approach

Do you find yourself feeling stuck, overly anxious, or struggling in your relationships? I work with individuals seeking to process past trauma, depression, and anxiety, as well as those navigating life transitions, grief, boundaries, or relational challenges. Many of my clients come from dysfunctional family systems and are working to address the lasting impacts on their lives today.

As a trauma-informed and client-centered therapist, I take a warm and empathetic approach to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients. Using an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities, I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs, while tapping into their natural strengths to foster change and growth.

I am a supervisee in social work, providing high-quality care under the supervision of an experienced licensed clinical social worker. This collaborative approach ensures intentional, well-rounded care designed to meet your goals. It is my priority to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore your thoughts and feelings, so you can confidently navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and confidence.
